Return & Exchange Policy
1. What is the time limit for return and replacement?
1.14 Days easy Return/Exchange
If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we gladly accept the return & exchange within 14 days of receipt, please make sure items in new condition. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
2. Specific provisions on commodity return and exchange
1. We do not accept the return or exchange of goods whose packaging boxes have been opened (the transparent packaging rubber paper on the outer packaging boxes of goods has been torn is also regarded as opened), please understand!
2. All unopened goods need to be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt. Refund will be made within one week after receipt and confirmation.
3. If you want to return the whole order, please be sure to return all the goods in this order (including free gifts, packaging gift boxes).
4. If the goods are returned or changed due to the customer's own reasons, the customer shall bear the postage when the goods are returned and the freight when they are sent again.
5. If you wish to exchange other equivalent goods, please return the order that needs to be returned first. We will send you a new product after we receive the return and confirm that it is correct. If you want to exchange for non-equivalent goods, please return and refund your order first, and then go to the website to order other goods you like, we will send separately.
6. If you find quality problems after receiving the goods, we will accept the return of the products after providing the relevant packages. And we will bear the shipping cost
3. How to return or replace the goods?
Return and exchange application: please contact our customer service email [email protected] for return and exchange application. After the application is approved, please send the list of goods to be returned along with the products and return them to the address in the confirmation email.
(Please do not mail to the original address, contact customer service to initiate a return application, customer service agreed, the mail will be accompanied by the return address ) If you use unsearchable express to return goods, the company will not be responsible for the loss, damage, misdelivery and other circumstances, please understand.
4. Return and change process:
Contact customer service mailbox for return and exchange registration → provide return and exchange product pictures → customer service confirmation return application → return and exchange goods → return confirmation → for refund or exchange
5. Refund method:
After receiving and confirming the return, if you need a refund, our company will handle the relevant refund for you within one week according to your payment method:
If you use online payment, the payment will be refunded to the online payment account you paid for at the time.
The refund time for paypal channel is 1-3 working days, and the refund time for payment channel included in credit card is 1-5 working days. The actual situation is subject to the processing situation of the relevant bank
